It is our second time here and still as gorgeous as ever. Beautiful manicured MTB tracks, however the yellow route is tough as hell but the views are breath taking and worth the strenuous work! The Rock climbing is also magnificent and will definitely keep coming back again for both activities!

I thought we had some decent climber campgrounds in the states, then I came to Tranquilitas and realised we were doing it all wrong. Great spot super close to the crags.
Lekker Yoga class with Karien, epic views, great climbing and hiking. Amazing comunity, everyone was super friendly and we got to bring our dog along. Feeling warm and happy. Thanks for great facilities and brilliant staff. See soon.
This place is Unique. Very beautiful and underpopulated surrounds and views. Feels like you ontop of the world, and the Mountain bike trails are just superb – for ALL levels of riding. Thats if you not Hiking or Climbing one of the over 800 routes on the cliffs adjacent. 5 Stars
Definitely a must if you are a climber, whatever your level. This place is like a second home, with all the necessary comforts and more. Simply a magical place. A must even if you aren’t a climber.

We visited Tranquilitas after seeing an article (and stunning image) in the Mountain Bike mag. We were not disappointed! A quarter of the way into the 40km Mountain Traverse route I felt a mixture of excitement, gratitude… and sadness because I didn’t want it to end! That was just the start of our adventure! We explored the different routes over 3 days and were blown away by the well built trails, varied terrain, breath taking scenery and Pete’s cappuccinos! I wish we lived closer (Cape Town based), but we will be back! This place is a gem!
